The final outing of the season will be a Reunion Golf Outing for all current and past members. Of course, we ALWAYS welcome any guests and potential members to join us for a round of golf. Golfers will have a choice of playing their own ball or playing a scramble; and a choice of 18 holes or 9 holes.

The cost for 18 holes of golf plus cart is $47.00. The cost for 9 holes of golf plus cart is $26.00. Following golf, we will be gathering in the clubhouse. Drinks and food may be ordered from the menu and is not included in the prices give above.

The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, October 15.

HARTFORD ASGA WINS THE 2008 RYDER CUP!!!

On Saturday, August 16, Hartford ASGA won the 2008 Ryder Cup at the New England Country Club in Bellingham, Massachusetts. The Central Massachusetts ASGA chapter was a wonderful host, providing a well organized event followed by a good meal and a fun raffle. The course was beautiful and the weather perfect. With one team still to come in, there was a tie. It was up the the team of Tom Woods and Dianna Swenhall to close the deal and keep the trophy in Hartford. Is it true that Tom and Dianna were declared the heroes and carried off the course on the shoulders of the Hartford team? Congratulations to all players on both teams!

Now that golf season is almost over, we are returning to our General Membership Meetings. Pass the word to all friends and any potential members. In addition to election of officers, there will be plenty of social time.
